My wakeboarding buddies Chuck and Brandon run this school out in Bakersfield California and I redid their website for them. Check it out and if you’re into wakeboarding and live in SoCal it’s one of the best spots to ride.

For the past few weeks my living situation hasn’t been very good. My living room is stacked floor to ceiling with boxes, my bedroom the same, and most of my clothes are packed up in boxes. The only things not packed are daily essentials so I’m super excited to finally be able to move into my new house this weekend.

My wife and I did the final walkthrough yesterday and it went well. In the pictures you might see blue tape on things, that is just marking spots that need to be touched up or cleaned based on what we found during the inspection.

The walls and ceilings inside the house will get painted starting on Friday so that should make it feel more like a home for us. Big weekend of moving ahead.

With our house nearing final construction and our move-in date approaching in the next 2 months we got ourselves a new puppy just in time to house train it before moving into the house. His name is Hunter and he is an English cream golden retriever. He’s now about 11 weeks old but at the time I took the pictures he was 9 weeks old. He loves playing with our other dog Samantha too and now they are best friends.

My new Corvette

Well I finally did it. After wanting a Corvette for probably 6 or 7 years I finally went out and got one! It’s a new 2008 coupe with removable top, with LT3 package including the Heads-Up display, bucket racing seats, magnetic selective ride control, paddle shifters, dual mode exhaust, and many more features. I absolutely love it! It only had 2 miles on it when I got it…yeah 2. It was never even test driven. It has 436 horsepower and damn did it feel good to drive off the lot!

My broken wrist

I decided to go snowboarding on Saturday with a friend because I typically snowboard every weekend but this time proved to be different. After hitting jumps and rails all day without injury I managed to fall and break my wrist while just riding slow. I smacked my face hard enough to make it bleed and then realized that my wrist wasn’t doing so well.

Tiffany went with me to the ER to get my cast. We were there all night and left unsupervised in the radiology room so we decided to talk some goofy pictures while waiting for xrays and a cast.

Pumpkin Carving

As always I carved a pumpkin this year and thought I’d share. Instread of doing the normal scarrey pumpkin I thought I’d entertain the kids a bit more and do Sponge Bob Square Pants.

My new ride…

Well, after about 5 years of wanting a sport bike, I finally got one. This is my new Honda CBR 600 F4i. Should suit me well, doing 0-60mph in 3 seconds and having a top speed over 150mph. Ok, so I’m not going to be racing around town but I still like to know I have the power :) Anyhow, thought I’d share my new ride with everyone!
